How can I purchase your products?
The procedure is as follows: You need to fill in the purchase order in full and sign it. Attached to this there should be receipt of payment if the payment method chosen is electronic tranfer of funds. There should also be the offer sent by our commercial office in the case that you have received it. All this has to be sent by fax at fax n° 011.3032371. If the method of payment is not electronic transfer of funds and no offer has be received from the commercial office, then send only the purchase order. |

How much does an added program installation cost?
It depends. If the added installation is executed on a PC within the company premises where there is the first installation, then it is called a added installation (or added key) and the price is 20% of the price of the package owned. On the other hand, if the added installation is executed on a PC not within the same company premises where there is the first installation, then it is called an added license (or multilicenses) and the price varies according to the number of licenses the client has. In fact, the price for the first added license is 60% on the first license, 50% for the second added license and 40% for any subsequent additional license. |

How much does the contract of assistance cost?
The cost varies according to the type of package bought and to the version the client has. |

Why is it beneficial to subscribe to the contract of assistance?
The reason being that this contract offers many FREE services. It provides the opportunity to make use of telephone and online technical assistance for FREE, to receive for FREE all the updated versions/service packs published during the period of validity of the contract and to participated to courses for FREE held at Mc4 headquarters. |

If I purchase LT version, can I pass to the subsequent version?
Certainly. The integration can be exercised in any moment. The cost is equal to the difference in price between the two versions. |

What is the meaning of LT and Pro abbreviations?
LT and Pro... identify the COMPLETE versions of the programs but LT is LIMITED to 2000 mq and to 200 terminals. On the contrary, Pro has unlimited mq and terminals. |

Can I use HVAC only to realize architectural designs?
Certainly. As long as no command relative to the thermal design or system is not activated, no Mc4 element (wall, window.....) is included in the resulted dwg. |
