Mc4Software offers free telephone support service, to support its customers with immediate response times regarding the installation and software commands.

The service is dedicated to customers in possession of the latest release of the Mc4Suite modules and is active from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 (UTC+01:00 Rome), and for the United States 8:00AM-12:00PM EST.

The customer is entitled to the service with the purchase or upgrade to the latest release of any Mc4Suite module.

All the service details

  • The service is available for release in the Mc4Suite course and your individual modules;
  • The service is free. With the purchase or the client software upgrade automatically acquires the right to service
  • The intervention of telephone assistance only covers issues related to installation and understanding of software commands. Each operation will involve the use of a credit and will have a maximum duration of 5 minutes

  • With the marketing of the next major release, the service will cease to be active for previous releases, regardless of the issue date and the date of purchase.
  • Telephone support will be provided from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 (UTC+01:00 Rome), and for the United States 8:00AM-12:00PM EST in the periods of Mc4Software Support service activities;
  • The service provides for the intervention request through mc4software.com, and may take place only via telephone. You will have access to your personal page via login and will have to provide your phone number and contact person. A technician will contact the customer within 15 minutes of receipt of the request;
  • The duration of the call will in no case exceed 5 minutes
